As a Director at Peace Builds Power, I bring over 10 years of experience in mental health and case management, along with five years in recruitment coordination and job development. My professional journey has centered on empowering youth, strengthening families, and building pathways to opportunity within our communities.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, which has provided a strong foundation in understanding the systems that impact young people and the importance of advocacy, prevention, and equitable support.
I bring passion, resilience, and a genuine desire to serve. Peace Builds Power aligns with my core values of respect, commitment, and integrity, and I am dedicated to creating environments where youth feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.
